The owner is able to use this space for personal use up to 84 days per year. No guest, or owner, may stay more than 29 days in a row. The HOA fee covers ALL utilities, cable tv, internet, and maintenance of the entire building's exterior and grounds. OWNER WILL CARRY AT A RATE OF 6% WITH $150,000 DOWN.
